2. The petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Madhepura P.S. Case No.70 of 2014, registered under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420, 406, 409 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts stated in the First Information Report do not make out any offence though considering the allegations in the First Information Report, the offence is made out and it is the matter of investigation regarding the genuineness of the allegation so this application is dismissed.
