In view of the fact that the name of the petitioner figures in letter No. 25(C ), which was issued by the State Government for the purpose of absorption of the non-teaching employees of the colleges made constituent unit in 4th phase and for payment of salary and the judgment of this Court dated 17.7.2018 passed in CWJC No. 17670 of 2017, the order reviewing the absorption of the petitioner is hereby declared nullity and the respondents are directed to treat the petitioner as absorbed employee and grant all consequential benefits within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
