JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 323 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of stabbing the informant causing grievous injury.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and other co-accused of this case has already been given the privilege of anticipatory bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that there is direct allegation that petitioner stabbed the informant, which caused grievous injury to him, as such, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
