Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 373 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. A mother is accused of getting her son killed in a brutal manner and the headless body of the deceased was found. During investigation, the main accused Dharmendar Kumar has confessed his killed saying that the petitioner was also involved in the crime.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
