In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Jagdish Prasad Sharma v. State of Bihar & Ors.: (2013) 8 SCC

Patna High Court CWJC No.17452 of 2009 dt.30-07-2018 2/2 633, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to work out the entitlement of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Jagdish Prasad Sharma (supra) treating the age of superannuation as 65 years and pass necessary order in this regard within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
