It is informed by the counsel for the Bihar State University Service Commission that the petitioner has secured only 6 marks in interview and over all which he has secured as 41 marks while the quota of EWS category is 59. In view thereof, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. The question regarding eligibility has become academic and need not be gone into.
