The petitioner claims to be a farmer who obtained loan from the respondent-Bank. It is stated that in view of the scheme formulated by the government of India, he is entitled to waiver of the agricultural loan advanced by the respondent-Bank. However, in spite of indulgence granted, the scheme under which the petitioner claims relief, has not been placed on record. In absence thereof, the claim of the petitioner cannot be examined. Mr. Kumar states that the application may be permitted to be withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13718 of 2011 (4) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 respondent-Bank for the relief prayed for in this writ application. The application, as prayed, is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
