JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard the counsel(s) for the petitioner and the State. Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 registered under sections 363 and 366 IPC.

It is submitted that the wife of the informant left on her own the matrimonial home.

From the impugned order, it appears that on retrieval the victim made a statement under section 164 Cr. P.C. in which she has alleged about her abduction made by the petitioner and confining her to a room.

Considering the seriousness of the allegation, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for bail
