Having regard to the material available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected for the time being. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Samastipur is directed to ensure examination of all prosecution witnesses so that the trial may be concluded within the time indicated above.
