The petitioners filed this petition for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 24481 of 2016 which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 10.08.2016. It is submitted that Sri Satish Kumar Singh, learned advocate on record went outside of Patna to look after his ailing mother-in-law and that is why the case remained unattended. Considering the facts aforesaid, the restoration petition is allowed. Cr. Misc. No. 24481 of 2016 is restored to its original file.
