Petitioner is in custody in connection with Katoriya P.S.Case No.25 of 2020 for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total seven liters Mahua liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 29.02.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.02.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like
