JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I). To issue an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature of writ of Mandamus holding and declaring that the action of the Respondents, for not issuing certificate to the petitioner as a son of Freedom fighter as well as his son as a grandson of Freedom fighter, is arbitrary, wrong and illegal.
(II). To issue an appropriate writ/order/direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2 for deciding the application dated 11.5.2020/20.5.2020 (As contained in Annexure-1)
Patna High Court CWJC No.7005 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 for issuing certificate of son of Freedom fighter as well as his son as a grandson of Freedom fighter." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
