SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 It appears from order no.4 dated 21.08.1995, passed in the instant writ case that this writ petition was directed to be placed along with the record of C.W.J.C. No. 8774 of 1992. It appears, the said writ petition has been dismissed under order dated 20.09.2013 and the Xerox copy of the order is kept at Flag-A. None appears to press this petition, in the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Learned counsel for the State Sri Din Bandhu Singh is present and states that as the sale deed in question was executed without obtaining permission from the consolidation authorities Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur rightly imposed fine of Rs. 250/- against the executant of the sale deed under the impugned
Patna High Court CWJC No.5841 of 1994 dt.07-05-2015 2/2 order. In support of such submission learned counsel for the State has also relied on the judgment of the learned Single Judge of this Court in the case of Ravindra Thakur v. The Collector, Muzaffarpur & Anr. 1995(2) PLJR 710.
