On the last occasion also, no one had appeared. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 01.08.2013 by which the learned J.M. Ist Class, Sheohar took cognizance in Complaint Case No.C-1/311/13 (Tr.No.1038/13) filed under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code as well as the order dated 14.08.2015 by which revision application vide Cr. Rev. No. 6 of 2014 filed against the cognizance order dated 1.8.2013 was rejected by the District and Sessions Judge, Sheohar.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the case.
