The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 .

The husband of the informant was removed from the service. Allegation against the other named accused persons is to have tortured him, at the instance of the petitioners. Submission of the petitioners is that just to pressurize

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, S.C.S.T. Act, Begusarai/Successor Court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 328 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
