JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,307,323,325,332,333,341,342,337,338,353,379,427, 435 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to the Public Property Act. The prosecution case is that the mob protested against the commission of dacoity when the Dy.S.P. was kept confined. The mob also damaged the Tata Sumo vehicle of the police. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is against the mob which was protesting against the commission of dacoity and the inaction of police. It is further

Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the accusation against the mob, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S.
