JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2025 The present application has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of the First Information Report (for short 'F.I.R.') including entire proceeding initiated against the petitioner in connection with Special Case No. 754 of 2017 arising out of Sachiwalaya P.S. Case No.123 of 2016 registered under Section 37(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
