2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 120(b), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, two unknown miscreants, riding on a motorcycle, shot dead brother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Aayush Singh. Save & except confession of co-accused, there is no material against this petitioner to show his involvement in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.
