The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 10.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60726 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.425 of 2021, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd (West), Muzaffarpur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 10.01.2023 is modified to the extent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33523 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
