JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case and specific allegation is against one Ranjit Chaudhary and Sonu Chaudhary of having given Farsa blow on informant and his wife respectively. Petitioner is said to have given Lathi blow. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Manjhi Police station Case No. 90 of 2015.
