In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.87 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B) and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has criminal history. At the same time, specific allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused fire arm injury to the informant. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
