Learned AC to AAG-5 appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 6, submits that the petitioner has concealed the material facts and on that ground alone the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has fairly submitted that no rejoinder affidavit has been filed to the aforesaid counter affidavit, since the file was taken away by his client.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition has to fail and is, accordingly, dismissed.
