ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The present modification application has been filed for granting extension of time to the petitioner for surrendering in the court below.
It is submitted that due to certain unforeseen circumstances, the time granted earlier for surrender, vide order 30.09.2015 in Cr.Misc. No.32969 of 2015, could not be complied with.
In view of the aforementioned submissions and for the reasons stated in the modification application, the time fixed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20319 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 in the order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.32969 of 2015 is extended by a further period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the extended period, the earlier order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically.
