2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 29.3.2023.

3. Trial court's report dated 19.6.2024 reflects that charge has already been framed in the case on 28.6.2022 and at present the case record is pending for prosecution evidence but till date no witness has turned up before the trial court.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.7.2020 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II,
