JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Petitioner being husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is killing the sister of the informant after one year of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim got killed in a railway accident since she was deaf and informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.

Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Sugauli P.S.
