2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11(A), (B), (C), (D), (G) of the Prevention of cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25794 of 2023(3) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
