Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to delete paragraph no.7 of this contempt application. Having regard to the scope of the order of this Court dated 17.3.2009 in CWJC No. 2526 of 2009 and the fact that the opposite parties by order dated 12.12.2014 have already revoked the order of suspension of the petitioner, it would now leave nothing for this Court to adjudicate in this contempt application,

Patna High Court MJC No.4538 of 2013 (2) dt.16-01-2015 inasmuch as, whatever direction was given in the aforesaid order of this Court has already been complied.

With the aforementioned observation, this application disposed of.
