Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 58 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant on his head by Farsa and further allegation is that petitioner and other accused persons have tried to disrobe the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injury is simple in nature and petitioner's side also received injuries. Heard learned APP also.

No.10959 of 2018 (3) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 58 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
