The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 494 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner runs a mobile repair shop and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
