2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to allow him to take part in the selection process for the post of Assistant Professor (Home Science) in terms of advertisement dated 21.09.2020, issued by the respondent-Bihar State University Service Commission.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State University Service Commission that the interview for the post of Assistant Professor (Home Science) pursuant to advertisement dated 21.09.2020 has been held on 2nd and 3rd April, 2025 and the result of which has also been

4. The record shows that the writ petition was filed on 07.04.2025.
5. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State University Service Commission that the selection process has been completed on 04.04.2025 has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, in view of the fact that the interview for the post of Assistant Professor (Home Science) pursuant to advertisement dated 21.09.2020 has already been held on 2nd and 3rd April, 2025 and the result of which has also been published on 04.04.2025, I am of the view that no relief, sought for by the petitioner in the instant case, can be granted to the petitioner.
7. The writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed on the grounds stated above.
