2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, three unknown miscreants armed with pistol snatched motorcycle, mobile phone and cash from the informant.

4. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Till date, no T.I.Parade has been held in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal / concerned Court in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018.
