Advocate General - 3 submits that the present writ petition pertains to an order passed by the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority in relation to appointment of Shiksha Mitra. She submits that post of Shiksha Mitra has already been abolished and same has been approved by the Full Bench of this Court.
