ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Case No.71(C) of 2017 (arising out of R.P.F. Post Patna Junction Case No.06 of 2017) for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 160B of the Railway Act. Considering the nature of allegations made against the present petitioner and since the petitioner is a man of clean antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35782 of 2017 (2) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna, in connection with Case No.71(C) of 2017 (arising out of R.P.F. Post Patna Junction Case No.06 of 2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
