The issue involved in the present writ petition is no more res integra. The Apex Court has occasion to decide the issue in the case of Jagdish Prasad Sharma v. State of Bihar & Ors.: (2013) 8 SCC 633.
In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Jagdish Prasad Sharma (supra), the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the age of superannuation of the petitioner as 65 years and grant all
