The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 272 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(b), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Madhuri Devi has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 3406 of 2017 on 07.03.2017.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond
