This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No. 264 of 2021 registered under section 413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 29/22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It seems that the petitioner is an active member of Kodha Gang. His name has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused. There are nine antecedents mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction. Considering the antecedent, I am not inclined to grant
