JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got employment as Sevika in Anganbari Centre on the basis of a forged marksheet issued by Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner has been disengaged.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has now been disengaged and is a widow, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51333 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Barahara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No.167 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
