Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-799 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 323, 504 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24711 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The complainant is distant relative of the accused Chhotelal Mahto so the petitioner approached him for marriage of his daughter with the son of Chhotelal Mahto, but later when petitioner came to know that the son of Chhotelal Mahto is aged only 17 years, he refused to negotiate, and only due to this reason the complainant has filed the present complaint.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihar, East Champaran in connection with C-799 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
