This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(3), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 04 of the POCSO Act. The victim girl (minor) was raped by the petitioner on knife point and in the meantime, she became pregnant. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
