JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim. Moreover the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51426 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya(Jaitpur O.P) P.S.
