Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shekhopursarai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 registered under Sections- 135 and 138 of Electricity Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations levelled in the first information report are false and fabricated. No electric motor has been seized from the place of occurrence and only a 5 feet wire has been recovered. Seizure list does not bear the signature of any independent witness. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2263 of 2017 (4) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopursarai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
