The present writ application has been filed challenging the appointment of Respondent No. 10 on the ground that she has been appointed without following due selection process and in illegal manner.

The prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the Respondent No.6 to dispose the complaint of the petitioner and further to initiate a fresh process of selection after giving opportunity to the petitioner for appointment. Learned counsel for the State submits that during pendency of this writ application, the complaint filed by the petitioner has been disposed by District Programme Officer vide order dated 16.09.2013 but the same has not been challenged before the appellate authority i.e., District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17425 of 2013(2) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 Muzaffarpur.

In view of the fact that the complaint filed by the petitioner has already been decided, this writ application becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
