The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2011 for the offence under Sections 302, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the charges in this case has already been framed on 07.03.2017 but not even a single witness has been examined and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 02.02.2016.

Case No. 101 of 2011.
