2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 registered under Sections 414, 413, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be involved in stealing and selling stolen motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has transpired merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Raja. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
