====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 06-05-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.10.2024 (Annexure P/3) to the Respondent No. 6, i.e.,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7119 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/3 the Sale Area Manager, Samastipur, Indial Oil Corporation Limited, ventilating is grievance but till date the authority has not taken any decision on the same. Learned counsel therefore seeks a direction to the Respondent No. 6 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders by fixing a time frame.

Per contra, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-Indian Oil Corporation Limited submits that the competent authority for passing any order is the Respondent No. 4, i.e, Divisional Manager, Indian Divisional Office Muzaffarpur. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner may be directed to given a fresh representation to the Respondent No. 4 and the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 4, i.e., the Divisional Manager, Indian Divisional Office Muzaffarpur within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. The authority before passing any order shall put the petitioner on notice and grant him an opportunity of hearing. The authority shall endeavor to pass a necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
