Sinha, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that the pay of the petitioners have wrongly been fixed and the revised pay under 6th Pay Revision Committee Report has not been given to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.01.2006.
The petitioners propose to file a detailed representation in this regard before Respondent No. 2, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.17465 of 2013(2) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 period of three weeks for consideration of their claim. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection in this regard.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of the prayer, the petitioners are permitted to file a detailed representation before Respondent No. 2, Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Bihar with regard to their claim within a period of three weeks from today.
It is made clear that if such a representation is filed, Respondent No. 2 shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation.
It is needless to say that if any amount is found payable to the petitioners, the same shall be paid within a period of one month from the date of the disposal of the representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
