This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation so far as the petitioner is concerned he is husband of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and mother of the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26878 of 2016.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioner is husband, I am not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45531 of 2016 (4) dt.20-12-2016 petitioner on anticipatory bail and he is directed to surrender before the court below and the Court below shall dispose of the matter without being prejudiced to the order of this Court. The application stands disposed of.
