These are issues which can be best presented before the District Education Officer, Nalanda who has an obligation to examine the authenticity of such evidence and proof and take a final call with regard to the reconciliation of the accounts. The details of the settlement of post retiral dues have been indicated in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20355 of 2014 (4) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 District Education Officer, Nalanda. The rest of the issues cannot be adjudicated and decided in affirmative fashion. Let the petitioner follow up the matter as directed above before the District Education Officer.
