JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 It is none of the responsibility of the High Court exercising power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to go into the nitty gritty of the vouchers and expenses which have been offered for settlement of the outstanding dues of the petitioner along with reply to the counter.

These are issues which can be best presented before the District Education Officer, Nalanda who has an obligation to examine the authenticity of such evidence and proof and take a final call with regard to the reconciliation of the accounts. The details of the settlement of post retiral dues have been indicated in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the
