The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. FIR named accused persons have been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was talking on cell phone with the named accused. The petitioner has already been allowed provisional bail by order dated 28.09.2016. After hearing the parties, the said order of granting provisional bail stands confirmed in connection with Sheohar Police Station Case No. 99 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.
