2. In both the writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 15.02.2011 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran in Appeal No.648 of 2010.
3. It has been informed at the bar that an appeal against the said order is maintainable before the State Appellate Authority which is fully functional.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move before the State Appellate Authority in the matter. If such an appeal is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
